They received a package for my box and photographed it like usual so I could see it arrived. But when I arrived to pick it up they could not find it. Two weeks later, they still have not found it or offered to reimburse me. They won’t return my calls about it. I don’t know whether to file a police report for theft or sue them or both. I have used three mail services in the past for many years and they never lost my mail. I have only had a box at Pony Express for a few months and they lost a package and have trouble finding all my mail whenever I go to retrieve it. If you need a mail service and actually want to receive all your mail, do not hire these people to do the job.

Just got my passport photo here and have to say the lady working was an absolute angel. She was dealing with an extremely frustrating customer who didn't even know the address she was sending a package too, needing to step outside multiple times which caused a line. The patience i witnessed was awesome inspiring. This woman deserves a raise and a bottle of wine.

I recently received terrible service from Marie when she refused to notarize my will, which was two pages and quite basic in nature with no extraordinary terms. Despite this, she stated there was too much risk to her, which I found to be entertaining at first and then ridiculous given the function of a notary and how common it is for them to notarize wills. To make matters worse, I was a regular customer and had been in the store numerous times to pick up my mail and packages and was recognized by each staff member, including Marie. I ended up going to my local bank branch and the service was completed in less than 5 minutes without any hassle whatsoever, which should have been the case at her store. Due to this terrible service, I canceled my account and refuse to do business there again.

Yes, they have a drop box near the front door for all carriers. They don't and can't provide a receipt of drop off like the UPS store does.
