I bought the house 10/20/20 after 4/21 I tried to reach Cliff and no response. I'm having to take him to court to see what the judge says. My main issue is the foundation of the house. The Inspector only checks 25 issues that was corrected in his Inspection. They left rotten boards in front of the kitchen sink, if you fall through there are main wires in the other side. Not to mention the cracked main boards of the foundation spliced together with smaller boards, some main beams being held by one brace. It's horrible that you can't trust people these days, 128,000 for a house that is going to have more serious issues if it doesn't get fixed. Gave me to pay another guy to put that on paper for court, 425.00. What a horrible mess, I owe the bank not him. This is not all the sheetrock is not on 2x4 like you would think. I try to nail something on the wall, the nail makes it's way loose because it's just sheetrock. The kitchen sink is leaking, mole smell coming from upstairs bathroom sink....
