Our experience was unpleasant, it was the first time we visited it, we were attended by a pregnant woman. I arrived, we only ordered the drinks and from there it took a while to leave the drink, then it did not come back, 15 minutes passed, I got up and told someone else if there is another person that I can have my appetizer wine they say that the manager arrived the girl again I leave my appetizer without cutlery without paper without plates so we ate without cutlery I got up to ask for my cutlery I told the other girl bad service this has never happened to me she said sorry and the worst thing is that the girl did not apologize for not putting forks I don't know why she saw us Hispanics the manager came to apologize as they had a table of several people but we arrived first that table they took my food was already cold I will definitely not return to go although the other boy was attentive after they changed the waitress he was already very attentive but later.

My husband and son both had an entree of Crawfish Étouffée. It was a large amount with plenty for left overs. We also ordered a side of boudain balls and garlic bread. Everything was hot and tasty with good, friendly service. Next time we’ll try to go at lunch time, due to the luncheon cost is reasonable and easier on our wallets. Floyd’s has great food.
