The person working the passport office - Steve their name I believe - was a great help. I had with me all the required items needed for renewing my passport, but I was unsure how to put it all together. I came in, unknowing it was around 5 minutes before lunch, but Steve helped me get everything done properly so quickly!

I mean if you’re going to sell these boxes with tape, make it good. Not only is it unnecessarily expensive, it doesn’t do the job and I am required to pay another 4 bucks for a tiny roll of tape to make the box sealed to ship.

Every single staff member (we interacted with 3) went out of their way to be helpful and kind. Absolutely blown away, even for the simple stuff we were doing. The passport guy, Steve, is efficient, helpful, and works hard to ensure a good experience for everyone.

The passport office was so tough to get an appointment in the first place. After a long and repetitive search I was able to book a slot at this USPS location. Guess what. When arrived with my 4 month old daughter (parents know how hard it is to plan and travel with an infant, especially in the middle of a pandemic), the passport office was closed. It's crazy especially since I got an email reminder the day before that my appointment was confirmed and how I should arrive 10 mins early with all my documents. There's also a notice posted that they are not doing photos for passport which the website says they actually do.
