Appointment arrival time was 1:25pm for paperwork for new patients, and actual Appointment was at 1:40pm. We reached there by 1:20pm but it took us 10 min. To get to OBgyn block due to heavy construction activities(so we arrived at 1:30pm). The lady at reception was so rude when we explained the situation to her and the doctor cancelled on us on being 5 min. late when we arrived 5 min. earlier. They have a big sticker on reception saying "We do not accept any kind of rude behavior", now I understand why they had to post it. Pathetic care system and super pathetic and inconsiderate staff as if they have been forced to sit there. Don't want to be associated with such people. And just to add, this is when they cancelled our last week's appointment at the last minute stating that the scheduled doctor is busy and unavailable. No feedback forms provided when asked for stating they are out of forms at this time. Hilarious.

Two times we visited and got the same doctor. Luckily. John Tanner, MD Is one of the most attentive, calm and patient doctors I have ever come across. He didn’t mind sitting down and explaining things in details while my wife and I grilled him with million and one question. I only wish other doctors would be 20% of what Dr. Tanner is. Just great!

I came into the ER for a severe asthma attack that led to bronchitis I believe. I was treated so kindly from the very beginning. They took into account my autism and my severe phobia of needles. The team of nurses and doctors took really great care in using my preferred name and pronouns. They even let my fiancé stay in the short term stay room with me. A big shoutout to Lindsay, Nicole, and Betty, the three nurses that really took great care of me. I highly recommend this facility

Overlake Hospital (ER) is top notch! I expected an all day visit and was in and out (in a very busy ER) in less than a few hours. I had a couple of scans and blood drawn in two arms (which is a high anxiety procedure for some reason), but the nurses were wonderful. Thank you to Dr. Smith and her staff for the kind and caring treatment I received. From check-in process to discharge, it was wonderful. I highly recommend this hospital for the outstanding care.
