We've had lots of issues with Republic trash services. Last week we had some larger than normal cardboard (broken down flat of course) and we set it next to the trash container. Trash guy moved it away from container and dumped the reg trash and left the rest. One time they missed trash pickup so we called and they said it takes 2 days to sched another pickup. They missed that one and we called again and was told the same thing. Again, they missed the pickup and clearly it was just a game to wait until the next weekly pickup. We have had other issues but not enuf space to explain it all. I would recommend another trash company if you have a choice!!

1. 3rd time they have spilt trash from cans and left it for me to clean. 2. Never on time. 3. Called to get issues resolved, waited for over 40 minutes on hold, within scheduled businesses hours. Never got an answer. Will be switching to a competent service provider A.S.A.P.

I have not had good experience with Republic services for residential trash and recycling service. They miss pickups regularly and have missed 1/4 of my over all weekly pick ups. We called every time to get on the missed pickup schedule and they never show up for those either. When I signed up they give you a quarterly price for your service and that lasted one billing cycle before they start tacking on extra fees, that raised my bill close to 30 percent. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company for residential trash service.

Signed up for service in December. I ordered 2 trash carts and on recycling cart. I got one trash cart, but it took them 3 months for the others. Missed trash pickup for 1.5 months straight and evy other week missed. Going with AAA or KC Disposal.
