Pathetic Service ! We ordered 4 kati rolls for pickup and have to wait 30 minutes to get it ready. And guess what they gave me only 3 and that too wrong ones. When I called for refund Fatima/Pady refused it saying it is not our fault and their manager also refused to offer refund or not even bothered to offer anything. This happened second time in last 3 months.

Three hours of my time wasted waiting for this food. They illegally use delivery apps but never give an ETA because they use their own delivery drivers and you can call them 10-20 times and they will give you anything but the truth I swear I heard every excuse in the book today I’ve met pathological liars more honest than them. I wanted my dinner at 9pm it is now midnight and I still have not received my order. Do NOT order from here I promise you it is not worth it. You will not receive your order and they’ll still charge you fees even though they are entirely in the wrong

Love their chicken and rice. Update: I USED TO love their chicken and rice. I still do, but today I made and order, and made instructions to add extra white sauce, all I got was one small container that was half full. Is this enough white sauce for a plate full of chicken and rice? I also asked the girl there to hand it to me at the door because I was just driving by and she says there was no one there to do it. She was just standing at the counter using her phone. She couldn’t do it? Unfortunately I preemptively left a tip she doesn’t deserve. Very angry right now. They should be glad I don’t go out complaining. Not worth the drive back bc I get off work late. Will be ordering from other places from now on.

On Jan28 I dont want to give atleast one star I ordered 2 chili garilic naan and panner kadaii totally worthless it was only chilies on it I said spicy but in spicy you can add spicy masala and all there were only big chilies in there on the chili garlic naan cooks were literally so lazy that big pieces of chilis put on chili garlic naan if the owner see this review i literally want my refund sir this not how you serve food customers I want my refund any how
