Moving out soon after 14 months at Plaza Square. The changes that the new owners have made have been significant improvements and I'm excited to see what they do with the place next. It sounds like the gym will be getting upgraded, and the package system has improved dramatically. Shout-out to Josie for reorganizing the room and making sure we never lose another package ever again.

Where to begin, I would not recommend this place for the price I am currently paying. There are a few things that look great at first but after living here for a month, these small issues have become far too noticeable. When we moved into our newly renovated aprtment, it seemed like it was done in a rush with unfinished light fixtures in the bedroom, leaky shower head, and white dust powder EVERY on the walls and counter tops. Kitchen cabinets are horrendous, it seems like they cheaped out on replacing the old broken cabinets in the “renovated” apartment. As for amenities, the water filter in the gym is in need of a filter change for weeks now and nothing has been done about it. The sauna in the mens bathroom is out of order as well with no signs of any repairs being done. For the amount they increased the rent, I would atleast expect a nicely done apartment and working amenities. As for parking, they really expect me to pay 125 per car to park in a flood zone? Especially right under the pool where there is always water leaking and causing a puddle near my car. Is this place worth the 4200 in just rent? Nope. I used to pay less living in a high rise in Jersey city where cost of living is even more than New Brunswick. New management is just out here to make money. On the bright side, Angela and Josie are the only reasons I give this 2 stars. Absolutely amazing people who are super friendly.

Ok can we talk about how Josie may be the BEST improvement to the community in some time?!?! I no longer have to worry that my packages are misplaced, or that my perishables will go bad. And I’ve seen her signs all over the front entryway to ensure that the delivery people go to the proper location. In the past we were told that we need to communicate that to Amazon but the delivery people never got the message. Sometimes physical signage in key places is the way to go. But most importantly, Josie is nice and cares about the community. She will help you figure out how to use the new app and show you tricks to stay on top of alerts and passcodes. Top notch customer service!!

I recently moved into Plaza Square, and have had nothing but a positive experience from the start of my apartment tour. This is the best leasing office I have experienced! Reliable, friendly and communicative workers. The amenities and outdoor spaces are well-kept. The apartments are homey, along with friendly community.
