Yeah, I’m sorry this spot isn’t worth the $$ if the service comes out half a#%. Paid $40+ got the Works package with some car fresheners thinking, ok I’m going to be fresh fresh only to have the car looking like this. And to think all I can hear is the cashier asking me would you like a membership today? SMH I’m good I’ll go elsewhere. Please don’t reply back saying “why didn’t you ask the manager etc etc ” as a customer paying for a service we shouldn’t have to do that, it’s a car washing service for Christ’s sake. Had to edit the post after Mike responded. Talk about a great owner LOL. God Bless you Mike.

I purchased "The Works" at this place. I have no complaints about the service. In fact, I was impressed with the speed and the tremendous amount of car wax and rain-x poured on my car. I have not seen that amount of wax poured in any other car wash. I don't mind wiping off the excess when I get home. That is normal. However, may I make a suggestion to the owner? I purchased "The Works", as I thought that it would include everything, especially the washing of the rear passenger rubber mats. To my disappointment, it did not include washing the rear passenger rubber mats, and I had to go back to the cashier to pay an extra $3.00 for it. May I suggest that you include this in "The Works" service without having to charge the customers an extra 3 dollars? This is only a suggestion, and I hope you will consider it. Thank you.

I spent $30 for a platinum wash. They didn’t clean the tires and there was dirt everywhere. Also there were spots everywhere that were not wiped.
