Love Love Love these apartments! I've lived in apartments in Lenexa and Overland Park and these apartments are by far the nicest apartments for the price. 2 bed rooms for $656.00 and very spacious. Try getting a deal like that somewhere else with a nice comfortable and quiet surrounding. The office are very kind and helpful. Wonderful Staff! The maintenance people for the most part do a pretty good job attending to your needs. They're has been cases when I've had to call them more than 3 times to fix my toilet correctly which they eventually end up fixing it properly. The only down fall is having one dumpster for the complex. I really hope they can fix that issue because it does get exhausting having to drive just to throw your trash away. I would recommend Briarwood Gardens to everybody I know. Grandview police patrol the area on a regular so it's very safe also. I will certainly be renewing my lease this month.

The kids that live there blows up the washer and dryer. The toilets always have issues. The staff are great and kind.

Looks like a nice clean place. I was visiting a friend. The area seemed quiet. The apartments are nice. There was plenty of lighting at the time were visiting, which was after dark. The buildings were fairly easy to find and the parking lot easy to navigate.

I love my stay here. The staff are very friendly and the tenants are quiet for the most part. I don't like that there is only one dumpster for the entire complex and it seems like i have to drive a mile to take out the trash. Overall the apartments are beautiful and great for the price. I just wish they weren't income capped. Because i got a promotion at work now i make too much money to stay here.
