This place is a joke. They tell you to sign up on line, have you wait in line and then the system just gives your spot away. Not to mention only two people are steadily working; the woman at window 2 helps a customer then plays with her shoes and pants for 5 minutes, looks at the screen for another 5 minutes and then ‘helps’ another customer. I’ve lost my place in line three times because Window 2 Gal is more concerned with her lower half

Went to DMV to renew drivers license. Signed up to get in line to “save waiting in line” at 9 am the system said I would be up in 30 minutes. Almost 3 hours later I was finally out of there. renewal was fantastic and fast. Just didn’t seem like the system they use was updating correctly.

I just had an extremely pleasant experience at the DMV this morning. From the lady at station 1 for license plates to the two ladies at the entrance, Holly, Jamal and the lady at excise tax dept. Every one of these people were professional, friendly and helpful. This just made my trip the the DMV awesome. Thanks to all. Jimmy

Fast ,quick, etc. I wish they did appt more online it goes faster and have it to where only 3 people in each area since the areas are already so small and u have to stay 6ft. So yes and I think a lot of people would vouch with me on this one
