L company, internet speeds are much slower than what you are paying for, whenever you call they don’t answer and after weeks of calling back they just said everything is fine on their end.

This internet provider is absolute trash. Almost every single work call I have gets dropped and my internet drops at least 50x a day usually right in the middle of my Zoom calls or when I try to watch Netflix. Can’t even watch a movie …

Questions & Answers

If the previous tenant was evicted and did not return or try to return blue ridge communications cable boxes and tivo boxes. Can I or someone else returns them, would there be any reward or compensation for returning said equipment?

I called and they said they were working on the lines. I have cable but no internet. They can't find the problem but is working on it.
