Contacted them to get internet because my neighbors have them they sent someone out and that person never got out of there vechical I talked to them he said they would have to put it in our tree ok but you didn't wak around any way then I didn't hear from them so I called stayed to them my concern she said she would get back to me and they never did so I called again they said they could get the equipment anymore no real explanation really so no internet for my family I don't know how a business can offer service but not be able to supply the equipment and if my neighbors equipment fails what are they gonna do

Just began with them. So far working good. The tech that came to install was great. I'll post back in a month with a better feel of how the internet works.
