Certain cable boxes don't have the time displayed. Others do. Some people don't like the clock display and others prefer it. Unfortunately we don't get a choice between the boxes. If you're having issues with caller ID, definitely call their support to see if they can get you a resolution. Not sure what else to say as you didn't ask a question.
