This staff in this store lies in order to get the benefits of signing someone up for their service. Me and my husband came in 2 months ago and asked them about their international calling plan to Croatia to see if their deal was better than other providers. A member by the name of Lisa told us for international calling would only be $10 extra for month. I get my bill, and it is showing that they are charging by the minute. When I called customer service, they said that deal was only for Canada and Mexico. I replied that we specifically asked about Croatia only (look at our last name, obviously it's not Spanish, English, or French), why would we get international calling to only call Mexico and Canada if we don't know anyone in either country?! Customer service would not compensate us nor give us that same plan to Croatia, so needless to say I will be canceling soon.

A good place to get all your questions answered about your home internet service. Friendly knowledgeable staff.

What the hell is up with your company. No one EVER picks up the phone when you call customer service. It’s impossible to get anything fixed. AT&T is a much better option. Ugh. I will never come back here.

This store has the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff of any Xfinity I have ever been to!

Comcast rents their equipment they make a lot more money that way. Your best option is to find a Best buy and purchase from them. In theory it will pay for itself in the first year and you will be a lot happier with your speed. Make sure to ask for Docsis 3.1 when you are shopping. You'll get may years out of that modem.
Yes it is
If there's no service on your TV you should be able to check your router from either outside and if it's connected then there's nothing wrong with your router and if the routers weren't connected you should call Xfinity (or you) to fix it. 2nd, turn off your TV for a minute and then turn it off and see if your internet is on. I'm not quite an expert at this but you should be able to call Comcast if your service isn't still up.
Yes.
Yes . . . 9am - 7pm WED - SAT 12pm - 5pm SUN CLOSED MON & TUE Website says mask social distancing required but it didn't appear to be enforced. Website also says appointments recommend (can be made through website) but it didn't appear to be necessary.

Try 1 800 comcast. Or 1 800 xfinity maybe. Little hard to find I felt.

Call your local office.
Take it to the Comcast Service Center on Mt. Zion and exchange it. They will change it out for you.
