My 94 year legally blind father living in Milford P.A. Received a new modem from this company. He has been a customer for many years never missing a payment. He told customer service he could not hook it up because and call for activation as he is blind, they responded by telling him the only other option would be to pay a $55.00 fee for a technician to could and install and activate the box. I will be in touch with the Americans with disabilities information center in order to file a complaint. Same on you blue ridge cable your service is way over priced and underwhelming. If customers in this area had another option they would drop you in a hot second, you deserve less then one star.

Went to return equiment and there were 2 people working with a line of at least 10 people when I arrived at 10:45am. The office is open 2x per week for 4 hours each day. After waiting for about 10 minutes one of the 2 employees stated they were going on break (again, the office is open for 4 hours from 9am-1pm).

Highly unreliable and inconsistent. Customer Service only blames the devices you use and encourages you to check out their health. Want to confirm the inconsistency? Use an objective speed test app then use the Eero app (provided by Blue Ridge). Eero -- 957mbps download / SpeedTest - 24.4mbps. I test because pages weren't loading.
