Everything about this omelette was perfect. slightly burnt but not at all overdone. just the way diner breakfast should be. Service was great and coffee plenty. i would recommend taking the exit and coming down to magical land where NJ/NY/PA meet to grab a bite here at the village diner if you are looking for an A+ diner breakfast. Im sure everything else is equal if you want Wow. I stopped by on my way through port jervis for breakfast at lunch and my car broke down. They helped me make sure i had the best local contacts to get fixed up and back on the road. Once again the breakfast was perfect… Thanks for letting me chill out so long while I sorted things out.

I ordered the beefteki but with a beyond burger. So good! Everything was fresh, including the crispy red onions, and the fries!!! The fries were the freshest I have had in a while, and hot for the whole meal. I really love fries and these were worthy. Janine and staff were bright and helpful! Thank you, Village Diner, for a good warm meal.

Stop here if you are traveling to or from New England. This was a wonderful place to get a rest on the route 222. The food was excellent and imaginative. We shared a giant baklava ice cream sandwich. The staff was very friendly too.
