I mostly go here after picking my son up from school. My son is obsessed with eating inside instead of going through the drive through. So we go inside order and eat. He has fun and I'm happy seeing him smiling. They might mess up an order randomly, but not often, and they fix it without question every time.

Shorted me 2 bacon egg cheese biscuits, and an order of hot cakes, last visit shorted me 3 breakfast burritos. Spending over 20 dollars both visits, not acceptable, not happy.

They need improve service even management no smiles no greeting from front to back just standing around talking not paying attention even managers

Masks and gloves at the drive through.
I've seen it at Jack in box and Burger King frequently for years. One of the things that draw people to McDs is that they are churning people out as fast as possible. I know that is a major drawing point for me.
