The pool will be open on Memorial Day, Labor Day holidays  and daily June 2nd through August 19th  (except Mondays for cleaning and maintenance) during the school’s summer recess. The pool will close for the summer on the last weekend of September.

It is completely free. I believe even the swimming pool is free during the summer, but I cannot verify that.

I've seen people bring their own tables, chairs, and canopies when they plan on having a barbecue or party next to the baseball field or vollyball court at neighboring Juergins park I found the park rules at the City of Tomball website. There's nothing that forbids bringing tables and chairs, but there is something about special events, which would involve 100 or more people. Yes. I am one of the guards on duty. Free of charge. Must wear a swim suit, no shorts or shirts. Hours are 10-6 weekdays and 12 8 weekends.

It officially open for the summer hours 6/2/18. Sat - Sun 12-8, Tue - Fri 10-6. Closed Mon.
