Depending on the temperature it should be but call to check.
Milford has at least one playground and multiple river access points. It's a nice, little town a stones throw away from a superlative National Park with beautiful waterfalls,a nature center and wonderful hiking venues. Lots of places to picnic, get lunch and have fun. Stroudsburg is a really nice town and the High School has a really good children's playground.
