Long story, short- these people are unwilling to help customers. They kept insisting that I needed a separate card for prescriptions. I have used my card their several times without a problem previously. Instead of investigating it, Mary turned me away. Did absolutely nothing to try to help me. After another phone call to their tech, found out they had my name incorrect in their system. Not mad they made a mistake, mad that no one was willing to listen and help me. Mary did not even apologize when I when was finally able to come back and get my allergy medicine.

Horrible customer service! If you’re a veteran just know they don’t accept Tri-Care. The staff told me they didn’t receive the prescription because we have Tri-Care insurance, which makes no sense. Then I asked if they could forward the prescription to a different pharmacy. The staff member consulted with 5 other members and said it was possible. I proceeded to make a 2 minute phone call to Walgreens in Port Jervis to ensure they accepted Tri-Care. However, as I turned around the pharmacy closed the window on me and refused to forward the prescription. Thankfully, the staff at Walgreens in Port Jervis was able to assist me and provide the prescription in less than 10 minutes. If you want an easy and pleasant experience avoid Walmart pharmacy. They’re staff needs to get fired.

I’ve been on hold with the pharmacy for over 45 minutes, then they disconnected me. I tried calling back and they pick up and hang up or just let the phone ring. I get that they may be busy, but it’s really inconvenient to have to drive 30 minutes to Walmart to speak to someone since no one is capable of answering the phone apparently. I even tried calling the store but they can’t transfer the calls either, so that doesn’t help. If I wasn’t checking on a family member’s prescription, I would have switched to Weis already. I never have an issue with them.
