They got it all. As a business executive I was looking for a bag that would hold my suits plus some additional clothes on a short 3-day weekend type luggage and they have what I needed and they also inscribed my name onto the bag as well free of charge which was nice. They also confirmed that if there's a problem or damage to the bag they will replace or repair it for free lifetime!
