My daughter and I went into this location today for a treat for her dog and to get a toy for her bird. We checked out the birds while we were in there and were so pleased to see the conure’s waters were clean and that there was fresh veggies in some of the bowls. This isn’t the case with all locations, so it was important to my daughter that we leave a review to acknowledge the birds are being cared for pretty well here.

Store was well stocked with lots of choices. Staff was very helpful and friendly! The store manager went out of her way to bring down a pretty-heavy cat tree from the top shelf and carried it personally to our car! Where do you get service like that!?

Pretty much all good. To be expected. Update: went here for hotspot treatment. Spoke to the dog groomers. They took me to the area for the treatments and helped me get the product I needed. Very professional and friendly. I appreciate the help.

Great customer service. Other locations tend to forget 5hatvyou are waiting to get helped. For 30 or forty minutes.

They hwve Banfield hospital. But I highly recommend you do not go there. Use VCA Animal Medical Clinic of El Cajon on 600 Broadway. They are not gonna gouge you.
