Technician Ciaran did a very good job on our installation. We had a minor problem, provided me options on way ahead and was efficient. Very pleased with the installation Only issue is a mess was left in the garage with wood chips and metal shaving all over the place. Beside garage work area need clean up after a work completion, would recommend Bathfitter to anyone looking for bathroom reconstruction.

My upstairs neighbor had a new tub installed this morning and while this company was working on the install, the installer put a hole through my shower ceiling. I went upstairs to let them know and the installer (a man named Chris) didn't seem too concerned. He indicated that he called it in and I asked if someone would be at least cleaning up the mess. I was told someone would go down to do so, but they left without coming downstairs. I followed up by contacting the company directly and spoke to another man, (he didn't give me his name) who was condescending and quite rude. He spent a few minutes giving me the run around, would not take responsibility as a company for the hole or mess and tried to blame the owner of the unit upstairs. I responded with the fact that the owner did not put a hole in my ceiling and after some back and forth, I got frustrated and he hung up. What a completely unprofessional way to do business. ______ Reply to the "owner" - I already called you once to try to resolve the issue. Whoever I spoke to passed the buck and didn't care. You have many low ratings on the web and it's not a surprise considering how I was treated about an issue your installer created.

I chose Bath Fitter because they were half the price of the competition. During Covid it's hit and miss finding dependable companies with available workers. Joey showed up this morning from Bath Fitter. Joey was alone and I was concerned about him finishing the same day. He finished around 3:30. He worked steady and super hard. I chose the color and style of my remodel ahead of time. Joey asked my opinion before finalizing the wall length and shelf placement. I'm grateful and thank you for your service. I hope they are paying you well Joey! No more nasty shower doors!

Bath Fitter installed a new shower and replaced my outdated plumbing. I chose Bath Fitter because I like the product and really appreciated the one day install. Salesman Brandon was very nice and thorough in his presentation. He provided an install date and there were no delays (in fact, a bit early). He even followed up with me after the sale and again after the install. Very nice customer service! Installer Chris was very professional. You could tell he knew what he was doing. He was prompt and finished much earlier than I expected. He cleaned up well after his work. He was very nice. I could not have had a better experience with this shower replacement.
