My family and I were in an auto accident 6 days ago. We knew we needed to replace our Mazda with a new Mazda. Still recovering my husband not myself wanted to spend a day at a dealership. We knew what we wanted a Mazda. After calling and emailing multiple dealerships, Casey emailed us. From the initial hello when we called back she was friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. We told her our situation and she didn't hesitate to help. A few hours later Mike called back said "you're approved come on in." We drove from 3.5 hours Lancaster to El Cajon because of how they treated us over the phone. This was not an act! EVERYONE working when we got there was genuine! Jen in finance almost had me crying with how sincere she was. Hands down amazing experience. Thank you!

Everything about the shopping experience was five stars from the sales team (Kevin) to the finance team (Chris). Kevin was super sweet, patient, and very accomodating with answering all of my questions and finding the right car for me. When I got in the finance seat, Chris took care of me like family. He worked super hard to get me the best financing rate and he came through with getting me the best rate I've ever had on a car loan. He also made sure I received all the loyalty discounts that Mazda offers, which really was a nice touch. I recently went back to get some crossbars put on and the service guys (Chris) took really good care of me, even while juggling a very busy morning. I felt seen and important. Super happy with my purchase and to now be apart of Team Mazda of El Cajon.
