I brought my S550 in a couple of weeks ago to get the suspension fixed and a few other things looked at. The technician completed the job in a reasonable time and now I'm back to a smooth ride again. My advisor was Yousif, he was very helpful, kind and was a good listener when it came to my concerns. This location was also easy to get an appointment with so I will be bringing my car back for any future repairs. :)

The Mercedes dealership in El Cajon California is a state of the art, beautiful dealership and they have a plethora of vehicles to choose from, many I have not seen before. The staff all seemed to be knowledgeable and professional and the service department is set up to get you in and out efficiently. The only complaint I have and it may fall on deaf ears is the cost of the maintenance. While you might think, well, yeah it's a Mercedes! The cost for service does not have to be as much as the dealership charges. I happen to own a fleet of vehicles that I use in a service business and have them serviced regularly, including my Mercedes. Even for top of the line synthetic oil, filter and parts I'm able to keep my Mercedes well-maintained for much less. But what the heck, if you don't mind paying $500 for an oil change and another $500 for a computer update, then go ahead, this facility will perform. Cheers Update: The service manager contacted me to let me know that they would provide a credit for our next service to offset some of the cost that we agreed might have been excessive. While I don't fully agree with the fees for some of their services, someone from management contacting me (the customer) when concerns arise is always the professional choice. I added one star for the effort. Cheers

I wanted to take a moment to give an Outstanding compliment to Both my service advisor, Gerardo, and to Colton, the gentleman in the loaner department. They went Above and Beyond to take proper care of my 2019 E450 Convertible, each and every time I brought my vehicle in for service... not to mention that they gave me the BEST customer service I could ever ask for. Nothing was short of Excellence in how I was treated, respected, and given back my vehicle in a timely manner! I Highly recommend bringing your Mercedes to this dealership for service and for any mechanical needs that need attending to. They care about your concerns and address them with a great outcome! I will be a continued, happy customer, for many years to come... Thank you!

I have been doing business with Mercedes of El Cajon since 2019 now. The experience is unbelievable! They have treated me and my wife a lot better then any other Mercedes in San Diego County and in every aspects of it. The sales (Enrique is my sales person) sale manager (Shukri) general manager (Dan) are always welcoming me in a very friendly manners, (Cesar) in Service goes above and beyond to meet my expectations (and I am never disappointed) even when I am getting a loaner or order extra goodies ( for my personal addiction) parts department never disappoint, always very professional, polite, the dealership is always clean, very easy access from the freeway 8, for those of you who are reading this, please give yourself a favor and give them a shot, Mercedes Benz of El Cajon, job well done guys, keep it up 👍 if I could give you a 6 stars review I will 🙂
