I live in Pinole and have visited our friendly Bear Claw for years for pastries. But yesterday, I was looking for a place to eat breakfast outside, and my only other choice was closed. I remembered that the Bear Claw has two outdoor tables for two, so my friend and I decided to check out the Bear Claw for breakfast. My friend had the their Panda Breakfast Sandwich which he liked. I had the Breakfast Tots Breakfast Sandwich which was delicious! The combination of eggs, tater tots, avocado slices, bacon, sourdough bread, and their special sauce was very tasty indeed! Do yourself a favor and check them out for breakfast one day!

Unique atmosphere for a bakery. The food is delicious and staff very friendly. It is a very popular place. We drove 20 miles to eat there. We will do it again. The bear claws are amazing!!!

Wow! I wish I could give more stars!! Our first time stopping by and it was worth the drive! We came for the donuts, but we got donuts and a couple paninis. Amazing…. We will be back again soon!! Also, the customer service was above and beyond. Thank you again!!

I stop in here periodically on my way to work and I'm always impressed by the attitude of the staff early in the morning, as well as the fantastic quality of everything I've had. Today I had an awesome breakfast sandwich and a cinnamon roll. 10/10.

Hi Bill, Yes, we make them each day. If there is a day that you want to be sure to get them, you can always call a day or two ahead and order. If it is just one or two you would like you can call as early as 5:45 the same morning and we will put them back for you :)
Hi Linda, We do ship our pastries and such. We have done frosted shortbread cookies but it is not one of our specialties. When we do decorated shortbread cookies we usually use white chocolate. Either of those options I do not feel would ship that well though unfortunately. Thank you so much for inquiring with us.
