My wife and I want into uptown pets and where amazed at how professional, knowledgeable and helpful the staff was, we were looking for a cats post and they found the exact one we needed, they assembled it for us and also helped with advice about our bunnie. Great service!!!

They are very knowledgeable about there products and they are a greatly healthy pet food store. They are pricey but you get what you pay for here. great quality food and different supplements to help a lot of animals I enjoyed talking to the staff and I will be going back this weekend to get my dog and cats better food and a better life. Have a great day.

As much as I love the staff, the owner of the store is horrible. She uses people to get the position she has, and does not always do what’s best for the animals. She’s truly lucky to have the staff she does but still doesn’t even pay them minimum wage. Does not ever go to work but watches the cameras daily. Has cameras in the break room which is also highly illegal.

I went here last night because my new baby guinea Pigs were in need of a water bottle, due to the one I purchased earlier that day from another pet store not working properly. The nice lady with the glasses asked if I needed help and I explained the situation and she was beyond helpful. Not only did she give me a recommendation for a bottle to buy but she also took time to show me what she meant on how to get it to work. So greatful to have a pet store in town that has such friendly and knowledgeable workers! ❤❤

Daryl’s pet shop in downtown Redlands has pet rats!
I believe they have some now.
Yes they carry guinea pigs
Wearing masks.
Nope. Just standard hamsters.
The Pet Shop itself does not have a veterinarian or do vaccinations. however they do have a traveling veterinarian who will do vaccinations and I believe it's about once a month. You will need to call them
Please call store for inquiry ;)
actually, since the first of January, no brick and mortar (independent) pet shops are allowed to sell any rabbits. so no, we haven't had rabbits since last year.
We actually have some in store right now. They're 19.99 plus tax.
Best to give them a call.
They have a few hamsters in right now
4 weeks old and go to the vet yuciapa animal hospital. Never miss a appointment they have a clinic day on Saturday and do not forget the bordella shot it's for kennel cough.
The whole town is closed by 5pm on sunday, why should this place be different?
Rabbits are rodents. Rabbits are burrowing rodents and will wear away their nails digging. Yes even if they live in a cage. They will dig at their cage constantly. If you try keeping a rabbit in an all metal cage keep the number of the veterinary emergency hospital handy also. Rabbits are nocturnal so it will be 3am when the rabbit starts screaming, (yes they scream), because they got cut or ripped their nails off trying to dig. Try building a cage from wood (no pressboard use plywood), with metal screen fastened on the inside where it is appropriate. The wood will eventually get worn down or eaten through in places and while you build a new one you can laugh at the moment when you wondered about trimming a rabbits nails. 😁
