the woman that runs the San Marcos library and the San Marcos ' library security detail have failed at their jobs . I'm speechless that I've been banned their allegations are all false . keep in mind ma'am that the customer should be the priority . you and your security detail have failed at your jobs . you have to turned the San Marcos branch library into a place I never want to go ever again. worst library experience I've ever had and you make the town in which you work look bad because of your lack of compassion .

I am disappointed. I have been donating books to the library bookstore for YEARS and received a tax deduction form for my files. Today, for the first time, the volunteer at the desk did not give me a tax deduction form -she said they don't give any, even after I told her I have been getting them for years.

Library staff act like tyrants in the manner they enforce rules. They bother guests who are quietly minding their own business and staff seeks to create problems where no problems exist. They act like authoritarian dictators.

This has been our family library since our kids were small. There is a great children's library with lots of books organized by reading level, small tables and chairs, and a story room that's set aside. Plenty of grown up books and videos too. Excellent staff will help you find anything and have it transferred if it is at a different branch.
