Gorgeous grounds and pool area! Looks to be very well maintained. Some lovely views (above the rooftops!). I don't live here, but want to look at it more closely as a possible place to retire.

This is a 55+ park. Things are slow moving and expected to stay quiet. I do my best to respect the rules (although, everyone has to live a little.... Right?) My parents live here and have for years. They really enjoy it and the sense of community. They've made some great friends of their neighbors over the years. Overall, a great mobile park for the elderly. Seems well cared for.

Mobile homes in the park vary according to unit age, location and whether remodeled or upgraded or not. Realtor.com will give you the best information.
I don't think so but there may be a unit removed soon. It's worth asking management. It's a very nice 0ark with great amenities, staff, maintained well and the folks that do remodel/upgrade construction do great reasonably priced work. Plus the space fees/hoa are cheaper than far less quality parks

No. You are leasing the land space. I found it perfectly fine. Leasing vs. property taxes...it's all in how you perceive the value. There are so nice distant oceanviews.
