Incredibly difficult to connect with someone at the office. Office hours posted until six. I left early from work 3 consecutive days at 4pm and the office was closed with nobody to be found. Frequently denied permission for simple projects around the house. Working with HOA is like pulling teeth. I finally got approval to do concrete after 2 months of waiting and then they halted the project when the concrete truck came and my workers were in the middle of the job. This led to $150.00 extra monies I had to pay and nobody HOA or management to responsibility for it even after I went through all the approval process and it was approved. The left doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing. Tried calling their office multiple times. No answer. No answering machine. Beautiful community. "You need them" type of service. BEWARE!

It's a senior housing community very quiet it's peaceful to live in but management is very strict.

I have lived here for three years now, and I couldn't be happier. The residents are kind, and look out for each other. I have wonderful neighbors! It is also nice knowing you are buying the land, so you don't have to worry about a change of ownership and rent going up. Make sure you get a place with ample parking, it can be a problem if you can't fit all your vehicles in your driveway. I extended my drive way when I moved in and now fit 3 cars comfortable, it's nice for guests..
