This was a very nice clean well kept Mobile Home Park. I give it five stars. I live a Grandview Terrace Mobile Home Estates. I have been here 42 years. I give it 0 Stars.

This park is land leased. If purchasing with a loan, this park would not qualify for the traditional conventional or FHA loans. You'd want to contact a speciality mobile home lender that would be able to help evaluate your options.
