Very nice park very wide streets unlike some parks where the streets are narrow and houses are very close to each other. Here the houses are far apart big lots. It’s rent control so the rent is cheap. Very clean park and all the homes are well maintained. Big clubhouse with big pool. Very friendly people 5 star resort park

We visited here as my brother in law lives here. We stayed with him for a couple of days and got to meet a few of the residents. Very nice place with great facilities. Rick and Jo's wife Cheryl have been there a year and love it. If we loved in Southern California would consider buying a place there.
