Stopped by one day to pet the puppies, ended up adopting one. The staff is great and grounds are kept clean.

Ginger is the reason they get a 1/5. The staff is amazing and so kind besides Ginger. Even the director said she was out of line the way she acted to my family and I. I got the cat I wanted, but never again will I recommend this place to anyone after my awful experience with Ginger, who is the acting manager.

Love love love the staff and volunteers! We took in a black lab our first time with them. Now we returned for a much smaller, now much more spoiled, little girl named Sugar! They always have amazing rescues, cats and dogs They are always looking for great owners to adopt, and great donors for money drops!

This place (YAPS) does amazing work for animals needing a good home, and best part is it's a no-kill rescue. We adopted a great cat that just needed a loving forever home. Make the world a better place and go adopt a new family member that simply needs a roof over their furry heads and unconditional love!

The cost seemed to vary depending. Between $150 to $225...
The pets you adopt from yaps are spayed or neutered at the Yucaipa animal hospital. At least the dogs I've got from there.
It's $60-70
This is a rescue organization. YAPS does not euthanize any animals, in fact, they rescue animals from local shelters that do. YAPS provides medical care and rehoming services for animals in their care. Hope that helps!
You will have to call YAPS in the morning to see if they can take your cats. If not, they should be able to tell you where you can take them.
I think the cost is between $35 to $40, but if the cat isn't spayed or neutered, there is additional cost for that. Best thing is to call them at their office. You can find their number & address on Google. They open around 9am. Hope that helps you!
You'll need to call their office to ask. The office opens up around 9am on weekdays. I'm not sure what the fee is. You also might find the info on their website. Good luck!
No fee. They do accept donations.
I sadly had to surrender 2cats A momma cat keeper having litters on my property. Finally had her fixed. Still have 7 They said they keep until they are adopted. I was on a Waiting list to surrender ..
Need people all the time
We brought our 2 year old and they didn't have an issue. We all just had to sign waivers
I would recommend calling YAPS directly and asking them. Nonprofit animal rescues have been overwhelmed by kittens this season. I know they were full not long ago, but MAY have had some adoptions since then. Thank you for caring for the kittens! You could also check with Guardian Angel Pet Rescue or BARC Animal Rescue.
You will have to call and check with them. They do their best to accommodate everyone. They have helped me in the past with a couple kittens I hope they can help you also.
I would call them to see what puppies they are adopting out.
Look up yaps online. They will tell you the requirements. But I believe they will
Yes! Call them to explain your situation and they'll help you out. Plus your puppy will get another chance at a home. If you take it to the regular "shelter", they'll only hold it for 72 hours, then they euthanize it. So please, please, please, call YAPS! Thank you for being honest and responsible!
So what was the question regarding this business? All that is mentioned is you love dogs.
Definitely call them, they're very helpful. If they can't help you directly, they can point you in the right direction. Good luck!
Not sure about the age requirement for a kid to work as a volunteer. Call their office directly & ask them. They can tell you what is required & if any parent has to give permission first before you can volunteer.
You can surrender the dog at YAPS. They have a surrender charge/fee. You can call the office for more information.
13 is the youngest
What happened to your baby? I can do some research maybe you won't have to put him or her down
I think it's 13
You would have to go in it depends on what kind of dog and the age and they Reimburse $100.00 of it back after the dog is spay or neutered thats if it isn't already your best bet is to go there they opens at 11
I paid 400.00 for two, depends on size but chip, neuter and all shots included...great place and people....
Yes. Around $30 or so
I believe so.
Not sure about the 8 year old. But if you are over 18, then yes. And educated guess would be yes for your 8 year old
Take her to a vet
I wish you luck.
Yes i believe you can. Im not too sure if they will ask anything of you. I just adopted and they are wonderful people.
If you have address in yucaipa You can get $50 voucher toward Surgery after you make appointment at local vet for surgery.. maximum 2 vouchers in 2year period. I took both vouchers at same time when I had my cats fixed
Go to redlands animal shelter instead
Every single animal I saw was posted as $225. Ridiculous...
A kind-hearted rescue dog would be best! ☺ Seriously though, we have rescued a number of dogs and the most well-mannered dogs have always been mixed breeds. YAPS is a great place to adopt a new family member!
If you were to capture and claim it as yours, you'll need plenty of money. There's nothing for Free... Also, I'd take the cat anywhere else, like Redlands animal shelter... At least when all is done, they only charge $86 to adopt, YAPS charges $225 for all animals adoption. Way too expensive...
$50 or $60
Your best bet would be go to the humane society in San Bernardino
They have a large selection of cats. So I would say yes
Try Redlands Animal Shelter.
