Unfortunately the prices for Victoria's Secret are outrageous I'm happy they have pink next door to bring down some of the prices the lingerie is beautiful but to watch Asian girls walk around with white pants and sweatshirts with pink on them a few pounds overweight it's not very appealing as I've always said your company's want us to advertise they need to bring the prices down lower for the advertisement why are all the top models running the walkway for Victoria's Secret once a year on TV what happened to the average girl

Great place to find things for the lady. Just don't spray to much perfume testers because once you get home the missus is going to be like who you been around that got you smelling so good you can't tell her you've been out perfume testing for her so be cautious gentleman

My mistake for coming 30 minutes before closing because I had a bad experience. Almost every sales associate asked me what I was looking for within the first 5 minutes I walked in. I thought I was getting great customer service until the 4th associate asked me what I was looking for while I was already selecting bras and at that point I just felt rushed and hovered because I had to communicate to the whole store my process of shopping. Also, I would have liked if every associate approached me with a hello not a question. Just that simple. Hello then question. Anyways so displeasing as a customer who likes to shop for pleasure... It literally ruined my whole experience, I just walked out. I will be going to another Victoria Secret soon because I love going there to shop and actually get genuine service. Not to be asked what I'm looking for every minute so I can leave and make them happy.

Horrible customer service!! I called 3 times to ask about an item if still available , those 3 times i was put on hold and would call back again after holding for good 20 min each time! everyone that answer could’nt tell me and kept asking everyone around , I could hear the other workers saying … mmm don’t know let me ask so and so and would put me on hold again only to leave me waiting on the phone and never come back!! I would’ve appreciated more if they tell me :Sorry we are so dumb and know nothing about anything here at the store !! Rather than just leaving me on the phone! Very rude and uncompetent workers!!
