I always try calling before I drive down to the store to see if they have what I'm looking for but they NEVER answer. I even called while inside the store and they just let the phone ring. wasted my gas driving down here when the lazy sales person could have just answered the phone.

Store manager: please contact me. You have a specific unbelievably unprofessional employee who made my experience absolutely revolting. I was sent by another store employee to purchase a product that this store had in stock. The employee was on his tablet playing games, was mumbling curse words and became irate and swore at me. He did absolutely nothing to assist me. I was told that I didn't have to shop at game stop. Never offered to have it ordered, when it would be back in stock, nothing. Long haired white guy, yellow or mustard shirt, 20's, smelled like marijuana, 6/7/22 @ 1:10pm. Only employee, refuses to provide an employee name or number. Absolutely unacceptable.
