Would've been greater useful in the event that they picked up their phones, or at least posted everywhere on yelp web page that they handiest promote to contractors! Which is unlucky due to the fact I'm positive they might have lots of enterprise. They're rude and do not even renowned the reality which you're status there to be helped. Stay away.

this has been one of the worst places with customer service. I ordered baseboard and a day before and was told to go pick up the following day. I went to pick up the baseboard later than the time I was told simply because I know that pick ups usually take longer and I didn't wanted to be in a rush. I need to mentioned that the day I made the order I paid my balance in full. When i get to the store to pick up the baseboard, there were 2 girls at front desk, one girl told the other to help me and she started to get an aggressive attitude from that point. She went into the cashier and told me I had a balance to which my response was why because I was sure I paid my full amount, after a while she told me that the balance was 0.63 cents because there was an extra ft from what I ordered. there is absolutely no problem in paying the difference, my problem as her attitude towards me and the customer service she was providing. I do not carry cash with me and I taught it was dumb to use my credit card for 0.63 cents. I got and receipt and head to the warehouse to get my order. This girl her name is Elizet or Elizabeth (i do not clearly remember) followed me to the warehouse insulting me and telling me *F* me , I told her that I was going to write this review and she said that I was stupid for making a review about her and her service. Honestly as a business owner I will never accept and attitude like that from any of my customer service team. I hope this review helps them to learn to treat people, remember YOU have a job because of customers. so treat people nicely you never know when you will be in the same position.

Their prices are okay and I will stop it right there. Their quality, service is terrible along with their shady owner. Bought the laminate floor less than a year later the floor is falling apart called there owner and hes telling me that I need a written report saying that they dont come for inspections at my house. The finish is peeling and the boards are seperating. It was for my rental property and and not too much square feet (only 900) so all I can do is write what happened
