This is a charming 20-minute ferry ride from Blaine to Semiahmoo, $5 round trip. You can see harbor seals, seagulls, and cormorants, and kids get a chance to drive the boat. Well worth the hour.

I would say no as there is a big step up onto and off of the ferry.
