Golden Storage and their staff have been complete professionals in providing assists with our unexpected moving and storage needs. Although there have been some technical difficulties with their gate everything else has been outstanding. Especially when we moved out of our large storage into a small more permanent unit. Yes you can but also have to set it up online is all...Just a couple of minutes and you will be able to pay online
Godlden State Storage has security cameras up all over, you have to supply your own lock and I have never seen trash bins for our use. I have been with GSS for over 10 yrs and have never had a problem with them whatsoever. Facility manager are very helpful and friendly.
We do not allow dumpster use. All large items must be disposed of off-site.
Yes, Shania, tenants must secure their storage units with their own lock ... however, you do receive a FREE lock when you do a Yelp mobile check-in at the time of rental.

We have clear policies before auctioning units that include phone calls, emails, pre-lien letter, certified lien letter notification and a 2 week newspaper ad for the auction. If you did not receive paperwork regarding this it is likely because there was an issue with your email, mailing address and phone number on file. We do not consider auctioning a unit until the tenant is at least a month past due, it is a tenants responsibility to keep their account up to date.
