The guy on the phone was so rude, because its a public forum im not going to say what I would like about this guy. I will say it starts wits a D! and ends in ick.... Completely lacking in customer service skills. Good luck with thst...

I feel super lucky I just got a spot here a few days ago. Mac and the other lady who works helping him are both really nice and very welcoming. When I arrived they were cleaning up the lot from the previous tenant who just moved out a couple days before. Multiple neighbors have said hello and introduced themselves, and everyone has been really friendly. They're pet friendly and there are a lot of dogs there. Rent is the most reasonable I was able to find in the area at $875/month. Everywhere else was $1200-$1400. I'm so grateful I found this place!

Valley Trailer Villa is a nice Park. Very quiet & people seem to mind their own business as long as you mind yours. My neighbors are friendly & we all watch it for each other. Great place, good manager but sometimes a hard place to get a spot in.

One star is extremely kind. The park is in a commercial area and easy to miss. The owner/ manager met us in the road on his scooter and allowed one person in at a time. I came with a 40' 5th wheel and could not back into the spot as there are fences and cars lining the spots. Each area is fenced off. After arguing with the manager for a while about how far off of the fence I could get the camper he settled. There is only 30 amp service and you need a hard pvc pipe to hook up to sewage. I found a new camp site as soon as I could and left out immediately the next morning. I would not recommend this rv park to anyone even if you are looking for something for one night.
