My experience so far with aerotek has been ok, my recruiter Robert Martinez was very helpful in finding me a job after graduating from university. If it weren't for Robert's help, I wouldn't have a job. After I initially spoke to Robert, I was referred to Brandon Philipps who asked me more information about me and asked to email my resume to him, long story short after I sent my resume to Mr. Brandon Philipps and spoke to him, I was never again contacted by him. Brandon Philipps completely ignored me and showed how unprofessional he is by never replying back to me with updates.

The recruiter makes money; I get representation in locking in that Job. Win / Win. Aerotek has always been a good firm to work with, Professional and on point. As of today I have accepted an offer and I’m good to go thanks to Aerotek. This review is not simple thumbs up for Aerotek, but rather the recruiter I worked with Boss Konenakeaw. I can say without a doubt that he is the best recruiter I have ever worked with. He didn’t just do his job, I can say that he is the first recruiter I have worked with that I felt took the time to get to know me as employee and my goals in my career. Every proposal he brought to the table was clearly picked with me I mind and reflected many of the things we had discussed. He pointed out the pros and the cons of items we had discussed up front. I was always receiving updates on possibilities and interview feedback and status. He even forwarded my resume internally to other recruiters to maximize my exposure at the risk of him losing the closing of the deal. So that being said I think you can see why I am taking the time to write this review, Boss went above and beyond. In a company known for excellence, he definitely raised the bar of what that means.
