The experience was horrible. From me booking a 7AM appointment only to be told that appointments don't start until 8AM, to the service advisor calling me someone else's name, to having another customer's name, email, cel and work #s on MY invoice. Even after pointing it out, I've been given an invoice with my address typed correctly and the other customer's info still there but my info added to the side. I dropped my car off at 8AM for an oil change and hose repair. An alignment and tire rotation were suggested but vetoed due to my tires being too worn I was told. I was informed at 230PM that they wanted to keep my vehicle overnight due to the hose repair would take "3 hours" and the techs finish their day at 430. My car had been at Oxnard Infiniti since 8AM. I was told it would be worked on tomorrow and ready by lunch. This was unacceptable to me and I called the service manager. She took care of making sure that my work would be finished by today at closing. When I went to pick my car up close to 5pm... the invoice included the charges for the tire rotation that was not done. I pointed it out and they were renoved. The final icing on the cake was when the service advisor walked me to my car and handed me my keys--a strip of 4 BandAids was laying on my driver's seat!! I handed them to her and she said "oh, those aren't yours?" No ma'am. They aren't. I will never bring my car here again. It was a dismal experience from start to finish. The disappointment just kept piling up. The final part was actually disgusting and leaves me wondering if perhaps someone injured themselves when working on my car and possibly bled inside my car.

The staff at the service center is very helpful in assisting a customer. Mystery Case who is the supervisor off the service staff ensure customer satisfaction. Bob cobos the service advisor is very experienced and helpful in every possible way. The service staff make stuff decisions for service needs easy for a customer by explaining the basics.
