Nobody cares, nobody returns calls. I have elderly handicapped parents. The street in front of there house on NW 18 Manor is constantly flooded and a health hazard. When they are picked up by Tops on wheelchair the ramp is under water because of standing water. Its evident that drainage problem exists but they tell us nothing can be done. Maybe we need to contact an attorney to get something done.
