Gus sent his very professional crew out to my office today to install a new security camera system. The men were very knowledgeable and worked very hard to set the system up and be sure we were well versed in its operation. As a business person I expect the the best quality work and workmanship. Owner Gus came to my home and patiently discussed my options re the replacement of an old security camera system, which had failed, with a new one. Gus was friendly and helpful, and he gave me a very reasonable quote. Two days later, installer Paco was hard at work, installing the new system, and putting up a new camera location by my front entryway (pic). Paco was very friendly and helpful, making recommendations about camera placement changes that greatly improved the field of view. He then patiently demonstrated the app, showing me how to view and take pics and videos of the displays. I could not be more happy with the service I received, and I'd recommend USA Total Security to anyone with a need for security camera installation.
