I had such an amazing experience! I was looking for a particular ring flash that Godox released earlier this year, so I called and asked if it was in stock. They did not have it, but Connor was able to order it for me right away. They called me when it was in, and Connor was very kind and helped me set it up and gave me some tips. The staff are always willing to help out with any issues. I've walked in numerous times and had almost 1 hr consultations on buying my first digital camera, on purchasing the best lenses on buying used film camera. The manager once spent over an hr consult on lenses for my DSLR. Connor has scanned my Polaroid films the same day, even on very busy days when store policy clearly indicates at least 1-2 day scanning process. when everything is going virtual and online, it is really awesome to have an actual place to go to for advice.

Very Satisfied Customer / Excellent Customer Service I am a watercolor artist and I needed 2 paintings scanned and turned into digital files. Eventually, these files will be used on wedding invitations so I needed the scan to be close to perfect. I have a pretty good scanner at home, but it doesn't match color well so I always have to go in and edit that and its hard to get the color close to the original. I can’t even get over how beautiful and accurate the scans Hunt's Photo made, came out !! I'm so impressed that I had to write this review. I had the pleasure of working with Alex and Conor who were so kind and helpful which today in customer service, is hard to find. I highly recommend working with Alex and or Conor at the Fenway location. One more thing to add is that the job wasn’t even that expensive. I think it cost me $7, but still Conor and Alex went above and BEYOND to answer all of my questions and I had many. They even met me outside to collect my painting and payment. Again this kind of customer service is hard to find. I will definitely be back and recommend this business.

Hi Kat! We don't do camera repairs on film equipment, but I can recommend some "local" repair facilities that do. There is Mid-State Camera Repair and Zack's Camera Repair. Both are located in RI and can be found with a quick google search. FYI we only do camera repairs on digital cameras/current equipment that we can send out to the manufacture to get repaired. Parts are not available to do repairs on the N8000 anymore. I recommend bringing the camera to Mid-State Camera Repair in Rhode Island. They are really the only place in this area that still can repair older film cameras.
Hi Michael, Sensor Cleanings are $69.99. We do Sensor cleanings onsite but other services would require us to send the camera back to Nikon.
The price can range based on how many prints you are making. But the price is $4.99 for developing and $0.39 for each print.
