The staff are friendly and Attentive, but not too much. Clean establishment. Nice size menu that is not too big where there is too much to choose from. And the food was fresh and hot. Flavors were very good from the two meals we shared. I enjoy the hot fresh cut french fries. They had a nice crunch since they are cut on the thin side and had the right amount of salt. Even the tater tots have a crunch. I should've taken pictures because our meals even looked good for this type of establishment. I highly reconvene this place.

Every time we order from this location, food is sloppily prepared. Wings are good but if you order salads, wraps, sandwiches the quality is bad. Also, last takeout order we received dried out carrots and brown celery. Not pleased with the quality of the food they put out and would expect more for what they could potentially offer.

Everytime I come it's terrible service. I love chicken so I want to enjoy it but this most recent visit was abysmal. We watched someone come out with our food and give it to the wrong table. After taking it back from them our server came out and said the kitchen is busy it'll be another 15 minutes... While the person holding our food was standing directly behind her confused about where to bring it. So I pointed that out to her and it was awkward for everyone involved...there's literally always a problem.

No one was at the entrance; after waiting a bit, we started walking to the bar. The place was 10% occupied. While walking to the bar, we looked around and sat ourselves at the high top table. This was not received well by the staff. After ignoring us for almost 15 min, an annoyed server approached us. I saw her coming and said Hi. Instead of a courteous reply, she extremely rudely yelled, "NEXT TIME YOU WAIT AT THE ENTRANCE TO BE SEATED." She made it a point that other guests, as well as her colleagues, hear her. We asked her if we shall go back and stand at the entrance, to which she smirked. Her expressions were that of a winner. We, of course, felt terrible and said no thanks and expressed that we would leave. She seemed happy about us going and picked the menus from the table, and walked away. The glorious server was applauded with smiles from her colleagues as we walked out. I agree that we made a mistake, but she could have been courteous in greeting us back and later, at some point, mentioned that we should have waited at the entrance. We have been regular customers for the last six years, but I believe a zero-tolerance policy for stupid mistakes is practised here. Please keep it up, and thank you again.
