Post COVID, this place has become an overpriced rip off. Every time I go to get my free VIP oil change (which I paid extra for when I purchased my new vehicle) they always manage to find some other type of non emergency issue which they say if "I don't fix immediately, will result in my having to pay for the oil change." One thing has nothing to do with the other. While I appreciate being informed about upcoming routine maintenance, I should not have to incur a fee to change my oil if I cannot afford to immediately address a routine maintenance issue. Not everyone can miraculously afford to spend large amounts of money, or the time for additional non emergency repairs on the day they go for a simple express lane oil change. I complained about it the last time to a manager because I had grown sick and tired of their routine and they did change it for free, but only after I vehemently protested. Most recently, they charged me over $700.00 to do my rear brakes and rotors. I was astonished and suspected price was higher than normal. They also insisted I need a brake flush that same day and charged $150.00 for that.The whole bill cost me over $900.00! To add insult to injury, when I drove in to Westbury -Jeep there were no squeaky noises emanating from beneath my vehicle, yet after the brake flush, new rotors and brake pads were put on, my vehicle began squeaking. This week, I got my front brakes done elsewhere because I knew that I could get a better deal. And I was correct, because it only cost $460.00! I will never go back to Westbury- Jeep again. You pay a very high price for the convenience to sit and wait in their waiting area. It doesn't matter, I'd rather drop off my vehicle elsewhere and save a few hundred dollars. It's very sad because if I knew this information at the time I purchased my new vehicle, I would not have bothered to get the "VIP" plan because in my opinion it's a rip off. A valuable lesson learned the hard way. Hopefully, this review will benefit others.

Had to bring my Dodge ram back to them 3 times until they finally fixed it 2 out of the 3 times my truck got hit in that parking lot or the street wherever they park it absolutely horrible I will not return to them for service I wouldn't even let them put air in my tires I do not recommend going to this Shop.
