One of the best BYOB restaurants in the Flemington area. They are always consistent, they are friendly, they are attentive, without being intrusive. One of my favorite dishes is the grilled portobello mushroom salad with balsamic vinegar. Delicious! My wife and I try to get there at least once a month. Have been here with friends, they are also impressed with the quality of the food and the service. When you get a chance to dine here you will not regret the choice.

Ate outside, service was good, food was nice. Some items tasted homemade others, maybe frozen so not as fresh but it was good overall. Dessert was great

Visited the restaurant for dinner April 30th with my wife and son. We were turned away by the restaurant citing no availability and a shorthanded kitchen. We thought it was quite odd they made no attempt to accommodate ... not even offering a wait list. We've been wanting to try Dolce for 3 years ... since we moved to Flemington. I don't think we will try again. You only get one chance to make a first impression.

I think they could accommodate a private party on one side of the dining room. The food is wonderful and the owners are very nice!!

Don't know the owner but pretty sure no one owns the waiters or waitresses. That sort of thing is frowned upon these days
