No room to deal. Prices are just over market so not bad. They do however add on a $998 fee they say to "recondition" the vehicle. 20.7k starting price would only go down to 20.4k. After I test drove the Car I told them the heated seats were not working. We agreed on the price if they fixed the heated seats. They told me to wait til Tues 2pm (after labor day) to give mechanic a chance to look at it. Received a call 10am Tues they sold the Car. Multiple 2hr trips and they broke a deal without warning. Very disappointing to see Dealers like this. After seeing the reviews I still gave them a chance as I really wanted the Car. They seem to respond to every negative review with an excuse. Be warned ⚠️

Horrible experience If I could leave zero stars- I’d do it I was Misquoted with “finance” by 10,000 (found this out at the closing table) Bought a certified pre owned with 18,000 miles and had an oil leak so bad our family mechanic of 30 years didn’t even know where to start. The leak in fact was never resolved… I recently was told it doesn’t leak and if it does leak, it’s just normal air condenser. I have a permanent oil leak on my driveway Service ? If that’s what they call it… impossible getting in contact with nearly anybody in the “service” department. I’ve called and left messages for their manager, never got one call back. If you need a loaner, good luck- you’ll have to wait weeks on weeks. Stay away at all costs
