Awesome experience, such great service. The Asian guy in the service dept, is fantastic. I called with a request and let them know it was ok if they could not accommodate. He said bring the bike in and we will see. Once inside, a kid from the front helped me remove it from my car. The service guy asked the guy with an Irish accent if my request was feasible in my timeline. I made it super clear that if it was not, I understand but wanted to check them out because I used to shop here when the store was Chrislows. As a kid, it was my favorite place to shop for swimsuits. This was before Los Gatos became weird and bougie. This shop reminded me why I like coming home.

The woman mechanic was extremely rude today. Not only for me, for a client before me as well. I'm not going to visit this store anymore for a service.

One of the salesmen in the store was incredibly helpful. I enjoy my new LIV Temp 2 because of his recommendations. I am short and have no experience in riding. He shows what the height of the saddle has to be. It is easy, but important step, with that I, as a newbie, wasn't acquired. Also, he actually made of the choice of bike for me personally. The awesome choice. Even though it took time and patience to get my LIV, I am excited now. I clearly see that I would haven't chosen the bike by myself. Thank you!

Super friendly and helped me diagnose my bike adjustment issues. Didn't end up needing to buy anything as their advice worked within the gear I had ok the bike. But when I do buy, I'll be coming here :)
